A heavyweight Liga MX battle awaits in the semi-final of the 2025 Concacaf Champions Cup as Tigres host Cruz Azul at the cauldron of El Volcán in the first leg on Wednesday. Both are former champions looking to add more continental silverware to their trophy case, Tigres winning the Champions Cup in 2020, with Cruz Azul six-time champions, most recently in 2013-14. Can Cruz Azul advance to a ninth final, or will Tigres appear in their fifth?
Vancouver Whitecaps vs. Inter Miami

The Vancouver Whitecaps' incredible run through the 2025 Concacaf Champions Cup continues with their biggest challenge yet. On Thursday night, Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Jordi Alba, Sergio Busquets and co. come to town for the first leg of their semi-final clash with Inter Miami. The Canadian Premier League kicks off its fourth matchweek on Friday night in Winnipeg with Valour FC's 2025 home opener as they host the Halifax Wanderers (7 p.m. CT / 9 p.m. AT).
